Nancy Wilson and Maisie Richardson

Nancy Wilson (jazz singer) was born to Olden Wilson, an ironworker from Chillicothe on February 20, 1937. She was the daughter of Lillian Ryan worked as a household servant. Nancy was one of six kids. Her father was a musician and would play records in the family. This had a great influence on her as a child. At the age of 4years old, Nancy was aware that her future was as a performer. The talent she had developed was discovered when she sang in the church choir. Following her win in a talent show in a television show when she was 15 years old, she began appearing regularly in Skyline Melodies, while still in high school. At nightclubs, she began working at age 15. Nancy graduated high school at 17 and attended the Ohio's Central State College, now Central State University for a whole year. She then dropped out to pursue a profession as professional musician. Her first recording was with Rusty Bryant's Carolyn Club Big Band in 1956. The group was on tour from 1956 until 1958. Nancy's initial Dot Records recording was made while she was in the Big Band of Carolyn Club. Cannonball addederley suggested she move in New York for her career and, in 1959, she moved to The Big Town. In just a few months, she was singing in The Blue Morocco Night Club located on Boston Road near The Bronx. A representative from Adderley's company saw her singing and instantly took her on. He signed a contract signing her with Capitol records in 1960 and she debuted the following year with the single. Guess Who I Saw today Capitol released five Nancy Wilson records in just two years. She began by focusing on R&B and then, with Adderley's influence, she began to embrace jazz. Nancy Wilson and Cannonball Adderley's collaboration in the year 1962 helped propel her into the spotlight and her smash hit Tell Me the Truth was recorded in 1963. This performance led her to a spot in the New York Coconut Grove in 1963, which was America's biggest nightclub.

Maisie is a British television and film actress. She is known for playing in the leading role Chloe Winthrop in Netflix film The Kissing Booth. Joy Richardson's mom is Maisie Richardson-Sellers. Her studies were completed at an elite private school and then graduated at Oxford University. She has a bachelor's degree in Archaeology. Maisie began as an actor in 2012 with Our First World. Ellie played her role in 2013's short film Americano and Rum. In the year 2015, she appeared as the cameo of Korr Sella on the TV show Short Wars: Force Awakening. in the Netflix Original Movie The Kissing Booth Season 2 or 3, she portrayed Chloe Winthrop.
